Participation Restrictions and Safety Notices
1. Age Restrictions
Due to limited service capacity and safety considerations:
Minors under the age of 20 must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler to join the tour.
This tour involves long road travel and moderate physical activity. All participants must be in good health and physically fit for travel.
Travelers aged 70 and above must be accompanied by at least one companion between the ages of 20 and 69 in order to participate in the tour. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Nationality Restrictions
Due to limited reception capacity, this tour only accepts bookings from Chinese nationals. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Residency Restrictions
This tour is currently only available to guests holding valid Mainland China Resident Identity Cards.
Bookings from residents of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan are not accepted at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Pregnancy and Elderly Travel Advisory
For safety reasons, this tour is not recommended for pregnant women or elderly travelers with health concerns. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Room Arrangement Guidelines
1. Single Room Supplement
This product allows room sharing.
The tour price is based on double occupancy (2 adults per room).
If your booking results in a single room, we will try to arrange room sharing with another same-gender guest.
If you prefer to stay alone in a single room, please select the single room supplement option when booking.
2. Triple Occupancy Restrictions
Due to current group travel regulations, group composition, and actual hotel policies, this product does not support triple rooms.
Three adults cannot share one room, and three-person room arrangements are not available at this time.
3. Families with Children
Due to local hotel policies, if two adults are traveling with two or more children, please book two separate rooms to ensure compliance with occupancy rules.
4. Solo Travelers
If you choose to stay alone and do not select the single room supplement, some hotels may assign you a smaller room with a single bed, depending on availability.
Booking and Travel Terms
1. Force Majeure and Liability Disclaimer
If an event occurs where the travel agency has fulfilled its reasonable obligations but the contract must be terminated due to force majeure, the travel agency shall not bear any liability. Please carefully read and understand the relevant legal terms.
2. Group Booking Authorization
In the case of group bookings, the booker/tour representative confirms that they have obtained consent from all other travelers to act as the signing representative for this trip. If authorization has not been obtained, please refrain from booking on behalf of others.
3. Minor Safety Reminder
To ensure the safety of minors, it is strongly recommended that minors be accompanied by a guardian during travel.
4. Accuracy of Personal Information
Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, etc.) when booking. Any losses caused by incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
5. Optional Self-Funded Activities
This product does not require the purchase of self-funded items. However, self-funded activities organized by third-party operators (e.g., scenic spots, venues, cruise lines not affiliated with Dream Japan) are excluded from this provision.
6. Attraction Adjustments Due to Force Majeure
If force majeure prevents certain attractions or venues from being visited, service personnel may cancel or replace them based on actual conditions and after consultation with you. Refunds (if any) will be calculated based on actual costs, not the listed prices of the venues. Your understanding is appreciated.
7. Meal Standards
During group dining, the travel agency ensures hygiene and portion sizes according to the promised standards. However, taste preferences may vary by region and may not always meet individual expectations. Thank you for your understanding.
8. Change of Vehicles or Personnel
During the tour, different vehicles and service personnel may be arranged at different stages. We appreciate your understanding.
9. Itinerary Adjustments
To ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary, tour guides and drivers may adjust the schedule (e.g., order of visits, meeting times) due to weather, traffic, or other conditions, without reducing the number of attractions, and with your prior consent. If the original itinerary cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure, Dream Japan will refund the unfulfilled portion and assist with related costs. Your cooperation is appreciated.
10. Seasonal Limitations
Natural attractions, such as flower viewing, may be affected by weather conditions. We ask for your understanding in such cases.
11. Airport Arrival Time Reminder
For international and Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan flights, please arrive at the airport at least 150 minutes before departure.
For domestic or connecting flights, please arrive at least 60 minutes before departure to complete check-in procedures.
12. Japan Immigration Regulations
According to Japanese embassy regulations, all visitors to Japan (excluding permanent residents and those under 16 years old) are required to provide fingerprints of both index fingers and have their photo taken upon arrival. Immigration officers may ask questions about the purpose of the visit, itinerary, duration of stay, companions, etc.

Hot Spring Safety: Hot spring water contains beneficial minerals, but extended soaking is not recommended. Individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, alcohol consumption, or weak physical condition should not bathe. Please follow all posted safety notices at the bathing facility.
Lithium Battery Notice: The Civil Aviation Administration of China conducts strict inspections on lithium batteries. Please refer to official regulations regarding the carriage of lithium batteries and power banks in baggage.
Customs and Entry Reminders (for China)
Duty-Free Limits: Based on regulations (Orders No. 54 of 2010, No. 19 and 25 of 2016), inbound travelers carrying personal-use goods under RMB 5,000 are eligible for duty-free entry. If shopping at duty-free shops at ports of entry, the total overseas shopping limit is RMB 8,000. Tobacco, alcohol, and other restricted items are not included in the duty-free allowance.
Prohibited Items: Items such as bird's nests, fresh fruits and vegetables, animal-origin products, and genetically modified materials are strictly prohibited from being carried or mailed into China.
Endangered Species: Do not purchase, trade, or transport ivory or other endangered animal or plant products during your trip, to avoid legal consequences and protect yourself.
